You can arrive to Lichnos with:
Car / Motorcycle for example by ferry via Italy (Venice, Ancona, Bari, Brindisi) to the port of Igoumenitsa and from there continue to Lichnos.
Airplane for example Preveza:
Flight to the airport Preveza (Aktion) then from there by rent car or taxi to Lichnos. For the passage through the tunnel of Preveza and Aktion under the sea is still a fee to be paid.
Corfu:
Flight to Corfu airport. From Corfu airport by taxi to the port (5 km) from there take the ferry to Igoumenitsa (crossing takes about 1.5 hours) and continue with the rental car or taxi to Lichnos. Tickets for the crossing to Igoumenitsa solve directly at the port of Corfu.
