The Apartment on the upper floor is used by the owner and his family. In the lower part of the hous you can rent the other 2 Apartments.

1 bedroom , 1 living room, fully equipped kitchen, TV and bathroom with shower.

This apartment has room for 3 people (maximum 4 People who 2 of them are children).

Both apartments have terraces with access to the garden with its citrus trees and its flowers. In the courtyard is a BBQ wihich can be used for pleasant evenings.
